New Dawn has donated its experimental cold-climate greenhouse to Cape Breton University's Verschuren Centre for Sustainability in Energy and the Environment. Alongside research and development of their own, the Verschuren Centre will grow leafy greens that will be donated to New Dawn’s A Better Bite Community Kitchen for its Meals on Wheels program.
